By using vibestransport.com or booking a trip with us you agree to the following terms. Last updated: November 2026.

1. The service

Vibes Transport ("Vibes") provides private chauffeur-driven transport in Egypt: airport transfers, hourly car with driver and intercity trips. Trips are operated with a vehicle of the selected category or an equivalent with the same capacity.

2. Booking and price

The price is calculated from the actual pickup and drop-off addresses, the vehicle category and the time, and is shown in full before you confirm. The displayed price is final and includes VAT. Extra charges apply only to optional add-ons you select, or if the address or time is changed after confirmation. Any surcharge (for example a night surcharge, if applied) appears as a separate line in the price breakdown before you confirm.

3. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before the pickup time. After that, the full trip amount may be charged. You can change the time or address from "Track / edit my booking" or by contacting us; the price may change accordingly.

4. Waiting time and airports

For airport arrivals we track the flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting after the actual landing time. For other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting apply after the booked time. Additional waiting may be charged, and the trip may be treated as a no-show if we cannot reach you.

5. Payment

Pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip or by card where offered at booking. Your booking code and full price breakdown are shown on screen after confirmation — keep them.

6. Passengers and luggage

You are responsible for choosing a vehicle that fits the declared number of passengers and bags. The driver may refuse to load anything beyond the vehicle's capacity or in breach of safety rules. Child seats must be requested in advance.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to be on time but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays). The customer is liable for damage to the vehicle caused by misuse.
