1. What we collect

• When you book: name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, time, passengers and bags, and your flight number if provided.
• When you create an account: email and an encrypted password (managed by our authentication provider, Clerk).
• When you browse: anonymous usage data (pages, device, traffic source) via PostHog to improve the site.

2. Why we use it

To operate the booking and contact you when needed (changes, driver alerts), to link bookings to your account, to improve the service, and to measure advertising effectiveness in aggregate.

3. Who we share it with

• The assigned driver: name, phone, address and time only.
• Technical providers: Clerk (sign-in), PostHog (analytics), Google Maps Platform (addresses and distance), and ad networks for conversion measurement (no direct personal data).
• Authorities when legally required.

4. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary to run the site (language, currency, sign-in session) and analytics cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting bookings.

5. Retention and security

Booking data is kept for as long as needed for operations and accounting. The whole site is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is limited to the operations team.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time via info@vibestransport.com. We reply within 7 working days.
